Could this be a COLD SORE?

So recently i had an outbreak and got a cold sore on my upper lip. Ive treated it and its almost gone. I was sitting on my computer and noticed my bottom lip itched a little bit. Being me i freaked out, ran to the mirror and check to see if i had one coming on. It doesnt look like anything, but i iced it and put some meds on it anyways. Its not tingling, i don't think. But the area is a little red. Not swoolen though. Do you think the redness is from the ice or is this a cold sore? Ive been taking a lot of Lysine this week to get rid of my other. Please help, i dont know if i should treat it or not
