I THINK it'll help you lose weight. But I mean, you still have to consume healthy foods, cuz let's say you are eating 1500 calories worth of chocolate bars... That won't help. But it's good that you keep it at 1200 calories per day because I hear it's the best thing to do on a diet. Otherwise your body can go into starvation mode and you could actually start gaining weight. Anyway, goodluck! :)
