A friend put baking soda, lysine & apple cider vinegar on a cold sore & it swelled up did I mess up? how 2 fix?

Well not sure, but baking soda and vinegar do tend to react and you can actually make a cool fake volcano with the combo : ) Hope that's not what she did to her lip, it may be funny, later
