Affair with a married man and she has herpes, should i warn him and his wife?

You can always transfer herpes an any STD every time you have sex even with meds AND condoms AND no out breaks. But just because they were together dont mean he has it. Kinda like any sex can get you preg but you dont get preg everytime. The only way to not get preg is to not have sex. The only way to not get STD is to not have sex. One one hand telling the wife would help her cus she can get treatment sooner which is good. On the other hand if she gets it and goes to the dr shell know her husband slept with someone and gave it to her. He has probly already had sex with his wife since thus happened so theres a good chance she has already got it. You should have told her asap so that she could have had him tested.
