Black ops multiplayer wont work?

Black ops multiplayer wont work on my PS3, its only mine tho, works fine on others. I've tried deleting the save files and game data but that didnt work. It just freezes up my Ps3 or says the servers are down. Any ideas? Oh and its not my net cause the other ps3 it works on is my 2nd ps3 in a diff room.
