Cat respiratory infection or virus?

Its a virus. Viruses need to take its course. Continue taking the meds. If the cat is feeling better thats good and there should be nothing to worry about. If the cat is still sick in a couple of days make a run to the vet again as there can be something more serious wrong with her. You just have to wait and see what happens with her.
