In my opinion, Forever21 is the best place to go for cute, trendy clothing (and shoes) at prices that don't break the bank. I also adore places like Charlotte Russe, Target, Aeropostale, Hollister, and Pacsun for clothes and accessories! Famous Footwear is the place to go for shoes. For hair accessories and jewelry, I'd recommend the places listed above! Hope this helps :)
